Specified templates for activities – industrial allocation data collection

Data must be submitted in the specified template for the relevant activity. The specified template must be submitted along with a completed bases of preparation and signed declaration (see Responding to calls for data) by the deadline below. 

The specified templates ('Data Forms') below are in the form of Excel spreadsheets. Each spreadsheet contains four sheets, which can be accessed by clicking on the name tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Businesses are required to enter their data into the relevant cells in each sheet. The spreadsheet uses this data to make various calculations.
