2. ETS Update
Dave Brash to update the Forum on the progress of the Bill through the House, the second reading and any further changes to the Bill to garner support.

3. Update on the Australia’s proposal for an ETS
Dave Brash to update the Forum on the release of the Australian Green Paper, which launches Australia’s proposal for an Emissions Trading Scheme. Dave Brash will also update the Forum on developments in Japan, the United States of America and the European Union.

4. Cluster B report back
Introduction of Cluster B discussions; Suzi Kerr will lead this discussion.

Report back on the Cluster B meeting held on 4 August. The Leakage case studies have progressed and will be reported back to the Forum.

5. Business Opportunities and positives arising from the ETS
Introduction of Business Opportunities Cluster discussions; Julia Hoare will lead this discussion.

The business opportunities cluster will report back to the Forum on their meeting, and discussion of the draft education strategy.
