Information items (these items will not be discussed specifically, however an opportunity will be given for members to ask questions)

| 3. | Update on the Australia’s proposal for an ETS Dave Brash to update the Forum on the release of the Australian Green Paper, which launches Australia’s proposal for an Emissions Trading Scheme. Dave Brash will also update the Forum on developments in Japan, the United States of America and the European Union. |

| 4. | Cluster B report back Introduction of Cluster B discussions; Suzi Kerr will lead this discussion. Report back on the Cluster B meeting held on 4 August.
