The Panel met on 22 June and agreed its final report. The report was sent to the Minister for Climate Change Issues on 30 June as required by the Review's Terms of Reference.
The Panel previously agreed a timeline for submission of its report and other deliberations.
The key dates are as outlined below:

When the Minister has considered the report's recommendations the Minister will publish the report here along with the Panel's working papers, a summary of submissions and the individual submissions (except for those who have requested confidentiality).
All submitters and stakeholders will be notified when the report and supporting material is to be released.
The Panel met on 1 June and agreed their draft final report. The report was sent to the Minister for Climate Change on 3 June and the Panel is now waiting to receive any comments from the Minister before finalising its report for submission to the Minister on 30 June.

The period for written consultation closed on 6 April. Since that time the Panel has:
Given time constraints the Panel could meet with only a small number of submitters who requested meetings. These submitters were selected from a range of sectors to enable the Panel to examine a cross-section of the issues raised.

The period for written consultation has now closed. The Panel received 161 submissions.
The Panel was pleased with the level of response and the quality of submissions. It wishes to thank all submitters for the time and effort they put into their submissions.
Given time constraints the Panel could only meet with a very small number of submitters who requested meetings. These submitters were selected from a range of sectors to enable the Panel to examine a cross-section of the issues raised.
The Panel with support from its Secretariat will now analyse and assess all of the submissions against its Terms of Reference.

The Panel had its first meeting on 4 February 2011. It discussed:
The Panel agreed to produce an issues statement for consultation. It tasked the Secretariat with producing a draft issues statement and agreed to meet again on 1 March 2011, to discuss and finalise the document.
It agreed to release the consultation document on 11 March 2011, with submissions closing on 6 April 2011.
