The International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP) has announced a conference on Monitoring, Reporting, Verification Compliance and Enforcement for emissions trading schemes in Brussels on 19 & 20 May 2008. ICAP is an open forum composed of public authorities and governments that have established or are actively pursuing carbon markets through mandatory cap and trade systems.
